Silly Monster Sewing Project

This is a fun and pretty simple sewing craft. I don't have a sewing machine, so I hand stitched it.

Things You Will Need:

1. An old soft shirt or pajama pants. (I used a pair of children's soft pajama pants.)
2. Tread and a needle.
3. Stuffing. (Cluster Stuff)
4. Imagination, lots of it. (Make the project your our, add your own ideas to it.)

Step 1: Cut two circles or ovals out of the material. Flip the pieces to the sides that will be on the inside, then sew them together. Leave a hole in the top of it to put in stuffing later.

Step 2: Cut four arm shapes out of the fabric. Sew two of the arms together and then the other two. Leave a hole in the top of them to stuff it later.

Step 3: Cut out the legs. (Do this the same way that you did the arms just a little bigger.)

Step 4: Cut teeth and a mouth shape. (Note: the teeth will be sewn on top of the mouth.)

Step 5: Cut out two circles for eyes.

Step 6: Stuff the body, and sew up the hole.

Step 7: Stuff the arms. (Note: DO NOT sew up the hole.)

Step 8: Sew the mouth on the body.

Step 9: Sew the teeth on top of the mouth.

Step 10: Sew the eyes on.

Step 11: Sew "x"s on the eyes.

Step 12: Sew the arms on the body.

Step 13. Sew the legs on the body.

Step 14: Admire your work.
